Solution
I adjusted the build a bit for whats available to you. If you can get them to switch to a DDR4 mother and RAM for that price, it may be a good deal.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($145.00 @ Centre Com)
Motherboard: Asus H110M-E Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($87.00 @ CPL Online)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($49.50 @ Newegg Australia)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($68.00 @ CPL Online)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card ($255.00 @ PLE Computers)
Case: Deepcool...
You haven't listed the price, but this is what you could build it for. I would avoid that PC for the fact that Intel recommends not using DDR3 with Skylake CPU's (possible long term damage to the memory controller) and apparently that shop isn't aware of this. Also, DDR4 is the newer standard and will be supported for quite some time. More than likely the PSU is also low quality.
