So hello guys, I am thinking of upgrading my PC to a whole new level, to be able to have this and make it a beast for years to come. So here are my price offers:
- CPU: High end, around 300-350 euros
- PSU, Motherboard, SSD, Ram, CPU Cooler: The best you can find around 350-420 euros (this price is for all of them together of course)
- Graphics Card: The best you can find. I don't even know how the prices go with good GPUs so try to pick the best GPU in performance and value (don't get over 420)
I have the other stuff I need. Thanks in advance for your help.

Solution
I'd echo the above w/ slight modification

CPU - Intel 6x00k

MoBo - GIGABYTE GA-Z170XP-SLI or MSI Z170A SLI Plus ... ($135 cost range in US dollars ... Asus outta the running hear as all boards have substandard audio)

Boot Drive - 250 GB Samsung Evo

Gaming Drive - Seagate 2 TB SSHD (1.5 times faster in gaming than any HD)

RAM - 2666 2 x 8 GB CAS 15

PSU - 750 watt Seasonic , EVBA B2, G2, P2

Case - Phanteks Enthoo Luxe
I'll assume you are talking about gaming rig.
For that purpose:
i5-6xxxK CPU + Z170 MB + 16GB 2400mhz RAM + GTX 1070 + 650w PSU + 250-500GB SSD + case should cost withing your budget.
I don't know where you live and what stores are available to you and what parts they have, so above is a general way to go suggestion for a very powerful gaming rig.

Solution
There is no need for a sub 300w under gaming load build to go for 750w PSU :)
Cases - Fractal Design Define S (or R5 if you have optical drive).
And I personally prefer ASUS MBs in 130-150$ range as in my experience they proven to be the longest runners with decent quality. And ASUS do fix their BIOS very quickly if there is a problem.
