Msi z97 A2 Error help

I boot up my pc and i see a black screen with "A2" in the bottom left corner for about 2 seconds then i get the mobo splash boot up. i have tried unplugging my second harddrive thinking that was the problem but i still get the error.

what does the CMOS clear do? and yeah i scanned them and it said that both my SSD and HDD have no problems
