I want a good pc build for animation, vfx and game development. My budget is Indian Rupees 1,20,000/- (around 1700$).

1. Processor
2. CPU Cooler
3. Motherboard
4. Hard Disk Drive - (above 1TB)
5. SSD - (above 250GB)
6. RAM - (above 16GB)
7. PC Cabinet
8. Graphics Card
9. PSU
10. Monitor

Please do the needful.

Thanks hellfire13 for your build. But in my current search on pc build I found the following pc build to be a good one.
1. Processor - Intel i7 4790k
2. CPU Cooler - Cooler Master Nepton 280L
3. Motherboard - MSI z97 Gaming 5
4. Hard Disk Drive - Western digital 1 TB
5. SSD - Samsumg SSD 250 GB
6. RAM - (2 x 8 GB) Corsair Vengeance
7. PC Cabinet - NZXT H440 / NZXT Noctis 450
8. Graphics Card - MSI GeForce 1070
9. PSU - Antec 650 W
10. Monitor - (Not yet searched)

I want to know is this a good pc build and also is it compatible with each other.
Would be happy if any changes are to be made.
