Hello
I am gonna upgrade from HD 4600 to a GTX 750TI soon, but I'm worried about the new titles coming soon where 750TI would face true problems such as Tom Clancy's Wildlands which has stunning graphics and 750TI gets outmatched.
My question is: it will face the new titles at @900p-1080p, medium-high settings ? considering it's a mid-end GPU. And no, I don't want to get the GTX 950 yet.

Solution
You will get fair value from any graphics card at any price point.
I see the GTX750ti as a very nice jump over integrated graphics so you should be pleased.

In time, if you should need more, you can always sell it in favor of a stronger graphics card.
Likely a GTX950 will not be a sufficient jump and you will be looking at GTX1060 or RX480 at that time.

He didn't mentioned any SLI thing...

750TI is a really good card but it's "getting old" already, a GTX960 would be the bottom line for decent mid-low settings in modern games under 1080p.

Hopefully it will work fine with TC Wildlands and other 2017 titles expecting at medium settings, thanks for help.

A 960 can do high-max 1080p in most titles. It's not bottom line for mid-low, it's still a force to be reckoned with. But at this point a 1050 Ti would be vastly superior.

I think a 750 Ti will still be viable for gaming for a while. The only thing is due to lower processing power, and having 2gb vram, it won't be at 1080p high settings 60fps. You'll have to be prepared to compromise.

I see that this game is expected in March. I will say this then, in my experience it is DUMB to buy a card today for a game that isn't out for months. A lot can change between now and then, and prices on videocards drop over time. If you guy a 750 Ti now you miss out on the chance to get something better and cheaper in the spring when the game comes out. And what if the release is delayed? What if it doesn't come out till summer? If you need a card now, by all means get one now. Just don't buy it in anticipation of something that isn't anywhere near release.
