You need to decide what is your budget and what is your priority.
The things to look at when picking the MB within budget are:
Features
Expansion options
Build quality
Your CPU is not overclockable, so we don't have to pick fancy Z97 or Z87 based board. From that point I picked the cheapest MB with 4 memory slots good I/O and enough expansion options. The rest was invested in GPU. There is no point to invest 150$ in MB for your build unless there is a very specific feature that you need and not present on the cheaper one and can not be added.
