MSI Gaming 7 Z97A Turbo M.2

Will the MSI Gaming 7 Z97A mobo support Turbo M.2? On Newegg it says it does at the bottom of the page http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130843&cm_re=msi_gaming_7_z97a-_-13-130-843-_-Product but I cant find that info on the MSI site page. They are one and the same. The U.2 is just a break away of the M.2 port. You can populate the U.2 connector to your board and use a U.2 drive but in retrospect I'd suggest just picking up a Samsung NVMe drive and call it a day.
