New AMD RX 480 compatibility

Hey, im building a new pc and im not sure if this new GPU is compatible.

PC SPECS:
XFX TS 550W 80Plus Bronze
Memory: HyperX Savage DDR3-1600MHz 8GB
CPU: Intel Core i5-4690k 3.5GHz
Mobo: MSI B85I GAMING
HDD: 256GB

Wait on the 480 till they get a fix for the power draw issue.

seeing as the rx 480 is not $200, their price should be close

Thats awesome. And strange..
Because, if NVIDIA is doing a gpu wich is better then the 980, the price should be the same.
But if they are going vs RX 480, that explains a lot.

Don't forget to wait for benchmarks for the 1060, and then new drivers for the 480, and then benchmarks for Vega, and then benchmarks for the 1060TI, and then the 580 benchmarks, and the 1160 drivers. Don't buy anything. Just wait.

If it fits your performance needs and budget then buy it, if not then look for something that does. If you're not 100% sure and want to test it out then buy from somewhere like Microcenter where you know you can return it easily if you decide it won't work out.

easily, once you get a nice non reference version/ they fix the power issues
