Hi friends,
As the title says, my computer wont stay off or asleep when I turn it off or put it to sleep. This started happening randomly last night. I didn't do any updates or install any new stuff. I've been searching for answers, and everything that I've found has been pretty dated or hasn't worked. I looked to see the cause of wake, and it says "unknown."

It isn't my mouse and keyboard; I unplugged them entirely and it still awoke. I disabled Wake to Lan, that didn't fix it. I've seen a few issues with Windows 7 and 8, and issues right after updating to Win 10, but I've been running Windows 10 for awhile and have never had this problem, so those don't really help.

If there's any new fixes to this problem, I'd love to hear them.

Thanks!

Solution
well , there are some setting for the CPU interruption in the boot menu so that when a key is being pressed the CPU will get a interruption form the keyboard and will start the computer.
this is very likely a electricity leakage somewhere in the case body try to release the charge of the computer this way:
1-turn it off
2-unplug the power cable
3-press and hold the power button for 1 minute (you can see although the power cable is disconnected some part like CPU fan attempt to run but quickly stops that the stored electricity in the motherboard and it will be released this way)
4-plug the power cable and turn the system on
5-shut it down and see if it repeats.
