Hello all, at the momment I have an A10 7700k Processor along with 16Gigs of DDR3 ram. The motherboard is an msi. My graphics card is a 380X Nitro which I just bought. So, what should be my next CPU upgrade? Please spare my wallet! I dont mind buying a new motherboard too. Im looking for 60+ FPS for strickly 1080P Gaming like arkham knight and fallout 4

A one time investment that will last for few years is going i5 K cpu with Z MB.
If you want to go on the budget, look at older gen. you can even reuse your memory if you going gen 4 or below.
The difference between i5-2500k and i5-6500k is very small (few FPS) on the same clock around 4GHz.
this platform is excellent for gaming and will last at least 3 years without hitting performance limit
