HyperX Fury 8GB 1866 MHz Memory running at 1600 MHz?

I'm pretty new to upgrading memory. My old memory sticks died on me so I had to get a new one.
I bought a HyperX Fury 8GB 1866 MHz and installed into my system. When I load and check the CPUz is show my memory running at 1600 MHz. Why am I getting a lower speed then advertised? I thought the HyperX Fury was suppose to automatically overclock it to the 1866MHz?

My Current System Specs:
OS: Windows 7
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: HyperX Fury 8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 1866 MHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H61-M LE/CSM R2.0
Grahpics: 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

Could try DRAM voltage higher (1.6 or up through 1.65 (that's the highest I'd go). Have to remember the CPU is only rated to 1333, and can often run 1600. For 1866 and above it can require an OC of the CPU, which the non-K CPU don't do

I went into the BIOS and manually set the Memory Speed from AUTO to 1866 MHz. However, doing that prevents my computer from starting up properly. When it restart the sysetm, all it showed me was a black screen. After waiting a few mins, I force restarted my computer. It showed an error saying "Overclocking Failed: Please enter BIOS setup and change settings" or something like that. Had to change the Memory Speed setting back to AUTO for my computer to boot up properly again.

I tried what you suggested. I set the Memory Speed to 1866 MHz and the DRAM Voltage to 1.575. When the system restarted, I still got a black screen and was force to do a hard reset on my computer. I got the same "overclocking failed" message and had to change my settings back to AUTO/Default.
