I am still relatively new to the PC universe so forgive me if I am sounded a bit dumb.

I'm upgrading most of my PC it's as if i'm building a whole new PC but i'm keeping my graphics card. I was wondering how to move my graphics car over from one motherboard to another? Is it as simple as just popping it out of the old motherboard and slapping it in the new one, or is there more to it than that? Do I have to uninstall anything first like drivers from my old motherboard then reinstall on the new one?

Solution
Pay attention to that clip on the PCIe slot (your GPU slot) ,that will make your card loose , also don't forget to unscrew those screws that are holding your card.
You can unninstall your GPU drivers on the old PC. On the other that you'll use make sure that there are no drivers installed on it , here's a tool to completely wipe your video driver - Display Driver Uninstaller - then install your latest drivers from the manufacturer website .Check if there is any power attached to your card , 6 pin or 8 pin power connector and make sure to plug them in on the other PC.
MAKE SURE THAT YOU DISCONNECTED ALL YOUR CABLES WHILE YOU'RE PERFORMING THIS MOVE!

"MAKE SURE THAT YOU DISCONNECTED ALL YOUR CABLES WHILE YOU'RE PERFORMING THIS MOVE!" What do you mean exactly, when wiping my driver i need it unplugged, or do you mean when just taking out the actual video card itself from the motherboard, please clarify?
