There is an extended User manual at Manualslib for your PC which includes Tweaking with ASUS AISuite2.
Go here: http://www.manualslib.com/manual/654102/Asus-Essentio-Cg8270.html?page=54#manual

As with pre built systems there is not much relevant info for specific Bios Tweaks. I think the intent is for the end user to not access Bios without experience to avoid comebacks.

Install AISuite2 from your installation disk or from ASUS support and you will be able to tweak those settings for your DIMMs.

I don't have direct experience with your Bios capability however, there should be the ability in the advanced section of Bios to enter your XMP profile, Primary Timings, voltage...

You are in EZ mode. To change your ram configuration and Primary Timings, you will have to be in Advanced mode.
I have located your MB specifications and now know the MB and other specs.
Unfortunately the specs given are for DDR3 DIMMs at 1600Mhz 8Mb 2x 4.
To give you your Primary Timings and possible XMP profile, I need the P/N.
You can obtain this information in Windows from CPUz from the Memory tab and SPD info.
You can also obtain the SPD info in your Tools Menu in Bios.

I'm sorry, that is all the help I can provide.
