Now I'm wondering what mobo(I definitely want red and black ATX mobo) I should get between these:

1.MSI H170 GAMING M3
2.MSI B150A GAMING PRO
3.MSI B150 GAMING M3
4.ASRock B150 Gaming K4

Also will there be any issues with ports(either gpu or mobo) since I have a VGA monitor?

Solution
Definitely the MSI H170 board if you don't mind paying more than the price of the ASRock board, since it has a better chipset than the other 3 options. Otherwise, stick with the ASRock. As for your monitor, you'll need to use a DVI-to-VGA adapter from the DVI-I port on the GPU for everything to work right. I have to ask though, why buy an R9 380 for $209 when the much more powerful R9 480 4GB card is $200 MSRP? Sure, you'll have to wait longer for a good AIB cooler design, but it's money much better spent in the long run.

This is the answer I was looking for, thanks! I don't wanna wait because it would probably be 1.5+ months before the card even arrives in my country and I'm too impatient to start gaming.
