QjackCtl (JACK) Keeps Having Issues - Ubuntu Studio

Hello, I just installed Ubuntu Studio recently and I have some issues with the JACK sound server.
Can anybody figure this out here? I have an error log.

whats your hardware? can you also post dmesg output

Hardware Specs:
Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB DDR3-1866 RAM
Asrock Z97 Anniversary
Corsair CX500 Power Supply
Intel i5-4590 3.3Ghz CPU
Ubuntu Studio 16.04 LTS
I'm also using my motherboard's integrated audio, not a dedicated sound card.
The motherboard's sound chip uses the Realtek ALC887 Audio Codec.
How do I post the dmesg output?
