Can i get a better pc for the same price

Ok so i am building a budget pc and am wondering if i can get a better pc for about the same price.
These are the specs:
Motherboard: MSI H97 Pc mate
Cpu: Intel Core i5 4460 (3.20Ghz, 6MB) BOX
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro Blue 16GB 1600Mhz cl9 KIT - 1.50V
Gpu: ASUS Radeon R9 380X 4GB STRIX GAMING OC
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 64MB
Power supply: Corsair Builder Series CX600 80PLUS Bronze 600W
Optical drive: ASUS DRW-24F1MT

Can i get better specs for cheaper or better specs for the sam price.

I'd say you can do much better for 850EUR
I assume you also need an OS license? Is that factored into the price of your build?

CPU: i5-6500 @ 212EUR
Motherboard: ASUS H110M-D @ 54EUR
RAM: 8GB Crucial @ 28EUR
SSD: 240GB Kingston UV400 @ 62EUR
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda @ 55EUR
GPU: ASUS Strix R9 380X @ 273 EUR or Strix GTX 960 @ 222EUR
PSU: 620W Antec High Current Gamer @ 94EUR
Case: NZXT 340 @ 76EUR

If you need an OS though, you're looking at 135EUR
OS: Windows 10 Home @ 135EUR
