Windows Update Failed To Update Alot Files

Depends on the file name, which you didn't supply. With ZIP files, you just double-click. But you can download a cumullative update from here: http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=kb3125574 . That has everything from SP1 through April of this year.

Yeah ik. I downloaded the april rool up thingy. This is what im having in the softwaredistribution. Tell me if to extract or not.

The cumulative updates are stored in a folder called "Update for Windows 7 (KB3125574)", but your files don't show anything like that, so I have no idea what that is you're showing or where you got it from.
Re your question about what you're seeing in Device Manager, you have several devices that you don't have installed drivers for. If you didn't get all the drivers you needed before reinstalling, you'll have to try to get them either from your hardware manufacturer or possibly a backup if you made one. I'm afraid not making a full system backup before making major system changes is like driving without insurance and a spare tire.
