Hello,

I would like someone to build me a sub 550 pound gaming pc. The 550 pound price mark is yours to play around with so its not a definitive number, but of course lower is better :). I will be playing mmo's cs go gmod skyrim and games like that which means I wont be playing too many AAA titles.

My current monitor is 900p and I wont be changing it from atleast a year I think. I own 2 320gb hardrives but i may need a new one and an os will also be needed as my current one is 32 bit windows 8

My current pc :

AMD phenom ii x4
(some random terrible graphics card)
320 watt
very bad motherboard
4gb ram
640gb hardrive (ill reuse this in new build)
I dont mind buying os from things like g2a or something as long as it works im happy

would something like that build work??? though i would like something a little bit cheaper to fit in an os

Solution
You can use PcPartPicker as I have and select the filter to only use Amazon as your merchant. I changed the build a little to reflect what's available on their site.

What if I change graphics card to r9 380 because that variant of guts 970 seems to be problematic and with all the delivery costs and stuff it goes over budget by a little bit Windows seems to be a cd and you haven't included a cd drive so how shall I install Windows?

Not sure what you mean about the card being problematic, it gets generally good reviews with an odd problem here and there the same as most cards, but a 380 can be substituted. There are also other GTX 970 cards available for a little more. You can use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to download and and make a USB installation stick to install the OS and use your key when prompted. I would then go ahead and upgrade to Windows 10 after you get 8 installed.

Will the power supply have 1 8 pin and 1 6 pin power connectors cause that's what I am told is needed for the r9 380 msi gaming edition

Could you suggest a case (with window) and psu from Amazon totalling up to 70-80 pound? This way
could get all my items from Amazon and I'll send you the link to my Amazon basket
