i bought a gigabyte gtx 950 ( GV-N950WF2OC-2GD ) 3 days ago and hdmi-vga adapter because my monitor doesn't support hdmi, when i first started using the gpu i saw some white dots now they are everywhere.
( note: the dots are really small and they keep disappearing and reappearing in different places )
so is my gpu damaged ? do i have to upgrade my monitor or it's just the hdmi-vga adapter ?
