PC restarting every 5 minute

Everything in my computer si new, the HDD, the gpu, everything except the psu,firstly it restarted while playing games(not even graphics intensive ones) and now it restarts even when idle. The temperatures are normal, the windows was recently clean installed , the gpu,cpu and RAM memeory passed the testing programs. This problem and me share a history of hair pulling and despair, I beg you, could you help?

Do you have another power supply that you could try because you said that you have had the issue before so it might be your power supply.

I don't actually have a spare one right now, I'll try to get in possesion of one today, eitherway I'll keep you updated.
