Pretty much what the title says. My windows 7 laptop will not connect to the internet, no matter what I do. It is not the hardware/ not the network card, (Ethernet does not work either), not the network,(It cannot connect to either of my home networks, but other devices can connect to both), not the drivers (I have updated them), and not the wireless switch(I checked.) It has intel drivers. Thanks for any help that can be given- it has been two weeks of troubleshooting, and I am tearing my hair out.

Have you tried resetting the TCP stack?
