So I built this computer about 2 weeks ago. Everything is brand new. I noticed the PSU is making this sound (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4r_SduywYpc&feature=youtu.be) a few days ago.
Even when the computer is off, if the switch on the power supply is on, I can hear the noise, though more softly. I am sure it is coming from the power supply. Sometimes it repeats at kind of regular intervals, as in the video, and sometimes it'll stop for a few seconds. I did not notice any change when under GPU or CPU load. Should I be worried?
Some specs:
Windows 10 PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G1 80+ GOLD, 650W Continuous Power, Fully Modular 10 Year Warranty Power Supply 120-G1-0650-XR
Mobo: ASUS Z170-A ATX DDR4
CPU: i5 6600k
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x8GB 2133 MHz
Thanks for your help.

Um... I don't really hear anything, but it's probably just some coil whine or whine from anything. Capacitors can make noise, too. Even my high quality EVGA 550 G2 has a tiny high pitch noise I notice when I put my ear up to it. If the noise is noticeable distracting and annoying, RMA the PSU, but if you don't really notice it otherwise, nothing to worry about.

Hi guys thanks for the replies.

turkey3_scratch: It is a bit hard to hear with the noise from the room. If you turn it up enough you'll hear what I can best describe as a clicking noise.

SR-71 Blackbird: No that doesn't sound the same. In the video I can only hear the fan itself. And a doggie.
