I recently had to move to my upper floor of the house, so i moved my computer along the way. When i plugged everything in the case and tried to turn it on, the power led flashed as long as i held the button but couldnt turn on in the end. I recall that it displayed the same flashing signs a few days ago when the power went out, but just for a brief moment before it turned on. Does anyone know what im dealing with? If so, please tell me what to do.

Try purging the PSU's capacitors:
Unplug the mains cable from the PSU.
Press and hold the front power button for 15 seconds, then release.
Plug the mains cable back in to the PSU.
Now try powering up.
Unplug the mains cable from the PSU.
Press and hold the front power button for 15 seconds, then release.
Plug the mains cable back in to the PSU.
Now try powering up.
