I've had it for a while but it seems to be getting worse. This is my GPU usage in a game of League of Legends: https://gyazo.com/fccaa6400e9619214cc0b246dec1e07e . My CPU usage seems to stay fairly constant. I don't know what to try but at the moment games are unplayable. Every time the GPU usage drops the micro stuttering happens but it seems to happen literally every second.
