Would there be a market for a one month old Xenon E51650 V3 ... With the balance of a 2 year warranty.?

I have only had my CPU in a new MB running for 1 month and discovered the V4 has just been launched.

I am considering upgradinging, only because Photoshop only uses one Core! Most of the time. Hence clock speed and single core performance is very important. I got the Xenon as opposed to the an i7 xxxxx K for the other aspect of my work namely Video editing.

The big question is ..... Is there a market for secondhand processors only 1 month old, never overclocked and kept extremely cool at all times.?

The other question is how to sell it?
I was thinking offrering a sales proceedure like.... Come and see it working and watch me remove it, with an antistatic mat, and antistatic wriststrap and antistatic eath plug etc. so the buyer has total confidence all is OK with the CPU! Is that sensible, practical or even viable.
Or video the process.

My fear is I take it out properly and some clumsy buyer bends a pin and then returns it ( say an ebay sale ) saying it was faulty! And thats a great way to trash £550!

Any ideas on this proposed sales method.

And finally what oercentage of new price should I ask for?

Any views or ideas welcome
Oh its in the UK if that makes a difference.

Honestly a video isn't that useful; besides how would a potential buyer know for sure that it's your CPU? If you sell it through eBay or Amazon, then the buyer is protected and, in addition, your CPU still is under warranty. Trying to prove that your CPU is in great condition may alarm buyers more than help with the sale. Selling locally is different since you could show the CPU working and then remove it in front of the buyer.

To prove its my CPU, I would start Intel XTU at the Systems page, where you can see the serial number then click on the Monitor tab and tou can see all the cores running and the temps.
Of course one could have cut and edited the video, but then I could prove I didnt do that withthe original video file.
As for putting them off I would just say I dont want to risk not being paid for a nearly new perfect CPU. And in the listing offer any buyer the opportunity to come and see the CPU working before bidding.
