MSI 390 fps drops (need help)

here are my specs:
16gb RAM, MSI 390,
AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight core processor,
250gb kingston savage ssd (boot),
1tb mechanical hard drive ,
I have 7 case fans not including the ones on my graphics card , i have done many tests , my cpu inst being bottle necking it its isnt over heating i dont know what is going on , im playing over-watch at 70fps then all of a sudden it drops to like 10-30fps for like 30 seconds then shoots back up. I have read other forum threads about this and none have helped i have no integrated graphics so that isnt being used or my windows inst corrupted because i just reinstalled it. All of my parts are brand new , i have came to you guys for help :) Thanks for reading Tyler

if you did not get a good fx 990 mobo it could be throttling due to VRM overheating

make and model of your mobo?

also install msi afterburner, turn on cpu temp and gpu usage plus core speed in the OSD


play a game, post back with a pic when a drop happens
