Im looking to buy a budget pc, and while I was looking around i came across this pc:

Asus motherboard
power supply: 550 W
CPU: Intel core i5-3570k stock cooler
OS: Windows 10 home
Videocard: AMD radeon 7700 sapphire
He asks around €200-€300($222-$334) for it, so my question would be is it worth it or should i continue searching?
