One final question: What would be the smallest yet most effective ITX-case for this rig?

I've finally decided on the rig and now I only need to pick a case:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor (Purchased For $0.00)
CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H7 49.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($43.45 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock Z97M-ITX/AC Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard ($115.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (Purchased For $0.00)
Memory: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (Purchased For $0.00)
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (Purchased For $0.00)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card (Purchased For $0.00)
Power Supply: Corsair RMx 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply (Purchased For $0.00)

Any ideas? And is there any way I can do the math myself? I mean in terms of cm and all that. I finally want a rig I can move around as I wish :D Thanks a lot :)

Solution
I matched each of these cases with your cooler height and GPU length, choose from any of these four. http://pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/bitfenix-case-bfcpro300kkxskrp,fractal-design-case-fdcanode304bl,phanteks-case-phes215pbk,zalman-case-m1/
