I'm thinking about getting a RX 480 and an i3-6100. Do you think my cpu is good enough for the RX 480?

Your CPU/GPU mix will work great just not in CPU intensive games or games with bad optimization, now if you want no bottleneck at all go with a I5 3470 and it should have a bottleneck.

It will bottleneck in some games with about causing 10% less fps, but i'm talking about really demanding games and not optimized games. Otherwise, it should be fine.
