I am having a problem on Firefox 47.0.1 where I can't play any videos or Gifs on Twitter. The following list is the order I did things in to not fix the problem, despite trying:
It's interesting that I have a "connection error" yet I downloaded 1.1 MB of an alleged 19 MB sized file and can visit websites, despite this alleged "connection error".
I have not tried sorting the problem on Opera yet.
Please help. Thanks.
P.S. I am using XP at the moment but there is no need to be distracted by this; I am using it only temporarily for a reason...

■downloading a file with total size: 19 MB; file downloaded size is actually 1.1 MB - why lie?
■I ran flashplayer22_ha_install.exe, "Adobe Flash Player Downloading...Connection Error"
■retry
■"Downloading...Connection Error"
■nothing but to click "finish"
■it opens https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/completion/adm/?exitcode=-1&type=install&re=0 without asking my permission
■"Start over" (over or under, it doesn't work)
■download flashplayer22_ha_install.exe
■ran it
■the problem repeats endlessly
