Screen went black whilst using computer now graphics card wont work

Zotac GTX 970.
Was using computer when it black screened and said no signal input, motherboard slots work wondering if anyone can help, thanks. The fan still spins on the card its just the no signal issue.

Computer:
gigabyte ga-h81m-s2v
intel i7-4790 3.6ghz
12 gb ram

It's prob ur gpu. Try to plug it back in and make sure everything is plugged in tightly. If that doesn't happen u might need to rma the 970. I had a similar experience with a power cooler ( not a trustworthy company) and I had to rma the card and then a got a sapphire card and it got fixed

Using an EVGA supernova 550 gs. Have just updated the bios to the newer version and still no luck, thanks for the reply.

I am using the onboard graphics for now. There was no bleep code when the screen went black.
