My current rig has an ancient Phenom II 945, which I've oc to 3.7 Ghz. I was thinking of upgrading my gtx 550 ti to a newer graphics card, but I'm concerned about potential bottlenecking. Would it bottleneck a 960 or 970 and if so, should I just wait to upgrade my entire system? Thanks in advance :)

Solution
It may, yes. But that's not a deal breaker. The GTX 960 would be my choice for minimal bottleneck vs cost. You should be able to play most games at near max settings up to 1080p.
On the other hand, if you plan on upgrading to a new faster platform in the near future, get the GTX 970. You can move it to the new system.
