CPU cores are 15+ degrees C different under load

Under prime95 torture testing, my cores are consistantly 15+ Celsius apart. I have an i5 4690k stock and a H80i water cooler. Temps on core 1 get up to 95 while 4 can be as low as 75. I have run P95 many times before and never got above 75 on any core. The range between cores used to be 5 degrees max, and core 4 used to always be the highest. Any ideas why this is happening? I have not done anything to the cooler recently and I have a Noctua industrial 3000 rpm fan at full strength.

Thanks!

The CPU heatsink could have gotten separated slightly from the CPU i would recommend re-applying thermal compound and the heatsink and see if it fixes the issue if it does not then the Heatsink could have gone faulty on natural causes.

Have you overclocked, if so i would put it back to default and if it is not overclocked and the CPU is at default with a aftermarket cooler most likely the CPU is faulty and you should contact the people who made that CPU or the CPU cooler is not the best. (I never heard of the Noctua Industrial CPU fan so im not to sure if it is the fan or what.)

Not overclocked. I've been using the cpu and cooler for over a year and this just started this week. I have not messed around inside or moved the computer or done anything that could have jostled the heatsink. Is a broken component the only other culprit?
