Hi guys as it says in the title which is better, by the way i have a razer kraken chroma 7.1 headphone which connects through a USB will its sound also have a boost as it would not connect to this sound card obviously. i know both my motherboard and this sound card is old, but this is only the decent sound card available in like 35$ used in my country's gamer forum market place.

this is the link of the headphones : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829102019
this is my motherboards specs link : https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/SABERTOOTH_Z77/specifications/

Those headphones will not be affected by the Sound Blaster. You would likely not notice a difference between the motherboard or the card even if the headset did plug into one of them, you might notice it if you hook up to a large sound system or do audio editing.

I had the z77 a few builds back. The onboard sound on it was pretty decent. As RainPC says, you won't notice a difference using those headphones. You'd have to go with some pro quality headphones around $500+(Audeze , Beyerdynamic , Ultrasone, etc...)
