AND please tell me which is better for FX 6300 & Radeon R9 280 or 380 4GB DDR5

The S2pv does not have USB3ports. The USB3 ones differ in revision- black is the later one. As for the graphics cards- r9 380 is better because it is based on GNC3- but if you can wait a few weeks, you should get much better RX470.

Want to know another thing that
this mobo support max 1333 MHz ram speed but ASUS asus m5a78l-m usb3 supports 1866 MHz ram speed so could u please tell me which one will be better ?????????

Gigabyte has better customer opinions on newegg, while ASUS m5a78l-m usb3 users complaining about lack of drivers. I'd go with gigabyte. As for the ram- gigabyte supports 1333 memory, but has an option to 'OC' it to 1600.
