Is my graphics card starting to die?

Over the last few weeks little artifacts have been creeping into Overwatch - basically the only game I've been playing. They're nowhere near game breaking but they they're popping up consistently enough and now in other games, too. I found the receipt for my computer the other day and my one year warranty expires in just a couple of days. I'll attach a few links to examples of what's going on.

I'll take the computer back to the store tomorrow to be 'fixed', but what should I expect? From what I've seen and even experienced with a another graphics card years ago, these kinds of problems usually tell you the card is on its way out. Should I ask for a replacement card or give them time to solve the issue? I just don't want it to be fine for a week, then it totally craps out and I have no warranty - the PC wasn't cheap.

Also, the PC sometimes makes a loud noise on starting up lasting for a couple of minutes. Maybe it's from the graphics card, I don't know.

Thanks for your help.

Couldn't find anything in the first 2 clips, but the 3rd clip is screen tearing. This can easily be fixed with v-sync. It will limit your fps to 60, but will get rid of the screen tearing. This happens all the time. I got my new gtx 1080 and I still witnessed screen tearing without v-sync.
