Hello all.

I upgraded an old PC with some new parts, I have correctly installed all the parts, but errors.

I have changed the boot option to the cd drive, removed every other boot device so it's Just the cd drive.

On boot, I can access the BIOS, but when I put in a CD, it comes up with input a different media device, or new cd. It just will not read the OS disc. I put in the motherboard drivers disc and it would read that, but come up saying that the drivers are not supported for the motherboard, even though the disc came with the board.

Long story short, I can't get my OS to install.

Intel i3 6100
Stock cooler
2x4 2133Mhz hyperx fury
ASRock B150M
EVGA Nvidia GT730
Kingston 120SSD

"I put in the motherboard drivers disc and it would read that, but come up saying that the drivers are not supported for the motherboard"

That error is occurring because the motherboard drivers disc cannot be used until after Windows has been installed, you install the drivers from that disc from within Windows.

If the optical drive can read the motherboard drivers disc but cannot read the Windows disc, then that Windows disc must be faulty, badly scratched or something.

Also bear in mind that a Windows 7 disc is a DVD, not a CD.
So you must have an optical drive that can read DVD media.
