Case fans run full speed when MB temp is above 51 C

Hi everyone!

My problem is that when motherboard temp (PCH or chipset temp I think) goes above 50-51°C, the case fans starts to run full speed immediately, and it's noisy. I read that my MB chipset (Intel Z97) - and usually MB chipsets - can handle much higher temps than 50°C.

So how can I set this temp threshold higher? Or what else can be the solution?

I set fan speeds to manual in the BIOS, finetuned everything, and it works well balanced until MB temp reaches 50 or 51°C.

I have a good airflow case (CM 690) and a lot of good fans.

Thanks for the help!

Solution
I solved the problem. I installed one of the MOBO apps, called Software Information Viewer. It has a fan controller function, where I can graphically finetune the fans speed to the temperatures.
Actually my MOBO is a Gigabyte Z97 D3H.
Thank you for the answers!
Do you have PWM fan headers on your Motherboard, if not then they will always run full speed. Not all Motherboards can voltage control there headers.

I have an ASROCK Z97 Anniversary board that has:
-2xnone PWM chassis fan headers
-1xChassis fan header for exhaust fan which can be voltage controlled and is linked to the CPU temp.
-1xCPU fan header which is controlled by the motherboard depending on CPU temp

I can not control my chassis fans via the MOBO so I bought this:
NZXT Sentry 3 5.4'' Touch Screen Fan Controller, Matt Blac
https://www.scan.co.uk/products/nzxt-sentry-3-54-touch-screen-fan-controller-matt-black

My fans plugged into the fan controller:
2xfront 140mm Corsair SP set to intake at around to 40% (700-800 rpm)
1xbottom 120mm Noctua REDUX set to intake at 100% (700rpm)
2xtop 120mm Noctua REDUX set to exhaust at 100% (700rpm)

Then I have my Corsair SP 140mm as the top back exhaust fan set as CPU chassis fan which is linked to the CPU fan headers speed.

Make your pc a lot easier and get a fan controller hub.

My MOBO can(!) voltage control the headers, and it works. So the fans aren't at full speed all the time. They're at full speed only when MOBO temp goes above 50°C. Under 50 the fans are running much slower (about 70-75% of full speed), but when temp reaches 51, all fans jump to full speed immediately, and it's much louder.

I think there isn't, but I will see it at home.
