what can i buy i live in greece and the price of amd fx 480 is 300 8gb and of gtx 960 200-250 also if i buy amd fx 480 what features like cpu or motherboard can i get for the gaming pc that i am building to build it at a lower cost. Also i have already bought the case which is zalman z11 plus

The 4gb version of FX480 will be cheaper.
In graphics cards, you mostly get what you pay for at every price point.
There is much competition. You might also look for the upcoming GTX1060.
For a balanced gamer, budget about 2x the cpu cost for your graphics card.
I suspect you would be pleased with a I3-6100.
If you plan on a large cpu upgrade to a I5-6600K then buy a more expensive Z170 based motherboard up front.
Otherwise, any lga1151 motherboard will do.

I would easily get the rx480, although wait until the power problem has been dealt with via the 3rd parts suppliers or AMD them selves.
