Will this graphics card work with this setup?

Solution
Thanks very much for the detailed response, stellar205! I am just wondering now will these parts you mentioned improve performance if I replace the original setups parts with them? Or is there another reason for the switch? Do you have any recommendations for a different graphics card about the same price? Many thanks.
You're welcome @PaddyBoy94! :) I'm suggesting you to replace the mentioned parts because, if you spend a little more budget, you can get x15 performance gain (I mean 6th gen Intel processor). Although FX-8320 has many cores, it doesn't mean that it can outperform a dual-cored processor. Intel Core i3-6100 is far better than AMD FX-8320 and it's 'SKYLAKE!'. :D But, choosing AMD saves your budget but not performance...

Hello @PaddyBoy94! The build is good, for the budget. Well, an 'XFX R9 380' would be kinda good, I mean will be good for some games which depend mostly on the GPU. My estimation is maximum 67.2fps in GTA V with that CPU and GPU. But, the upcoming games will get little struggled. I would suggest you to swap the Processor and Motherboard with the following parts (if you would like to):
Processor: Intel Core i3-6100 3M Cache
Motherboard: ASUS Micro ATX DDR4 LGA 1151 Motherboards H110M-K
You'll be fine with your graphics card. :)

Also, I mentioned you the motherboard which supports Skylake Chipset and DDR4 memory which obviously makes some performance gain in the future by making use of all the cores and memory from Ram and Processor with the help of DirectX12 (Boosts performance from Skylake and DDR4).

Coming to the Graphics Card, AMD R9 380 is good already. It doesn't bottleneck the i3-6100 that much. 'NVIDIA GTX 950' perfectly suits up the build with no bottlenecks, which is even cheaper and can run almost all current games at Very High settings.

Ah I see, thanks very much for the information, Iʻm glad to learn this as this is my first time building a computer from scratch so I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to this but I am learning. :)

Iʻve taken your advice and looked up a GTX 950 for myself and came across a person closeby selling a Asus Strix GTX 960 4GB. Is this close enough or should I face problems?

Hello! R9 380 is quite powerful than GTX 960 (in benchmarks and fps). So, the choice is yours. You can see the benchmarks in youtube, here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTpNZEW31G0
By the way, as I said, you must need to upgrade your CPU. You're welcome. :) :D
