Nice build.

I like the case. It comes with a front 140mm fan and I would add a second 140mm intake. That is all.
It will provide sufficient airflow for your parts. Keep the 120mm rear exhaust mainly to direct the airflow.

14nm skylake runs cool, even when overclocked. A liquid cooler is not needed and is actually harmful .
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be...

And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"

I cool a I5-6600K @4.8 with a simple Noctua NH-U12s.
At most, a NH-U14s would serve you well.
It will cool equally well, be quieter, cost less and be more reliable.

The ram is ok, but dominator is just a marketing brand and you will pay for it.
I would buy the lpx version and 1.2v 2400 speed is all you need.
There is little value in faster:
