I just received a GTX 980 I bought on Ebay and I'm having problems with it. I've tsted out The Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 and my computer hard shuts down after a minute or two of playing. Ialso tried using Furmark to see if I could figure out what was wrong but that caused a shutdown within about 2 or 3 seconds.
I had a Radeon HD 6950 before and I've followed instructions on how to properly remove the drivers for it but it hasn't made any difference.
I'm thinking it might be my PSU. It says it's 750 watts but it's pretty old. It came with my PC five years ago. The model number is "pc-750auba m"
If anyone could help that would be great.
