I have 2400MHz RAM, task manager shows 1600MHz, CPU-Z Says 667MHz and 1200Mhz??

I setup a XMP Profile in bios, setting all info on the ram to the correct things in BIOS, 2400MHz, 11-13-13-31 Timings, and 1.65V, not sure if I did anything wrong, this is just confusing.

Yes, you enabled XMP correctly, your RAM is running at the speed/timings you listed. This can be seen in the 2nd image. 2400 MHz RAM corresponds to a DRAM frequency of 1200 MHz because of Double Data Rate (DDR).
