I heard gtx 1070 or 1060 doesn't bottle nect the 8350 so u should just buy one of those or the rx 480

Depends on other things. Will the mobo support an 8350 or is it an older 760G that barely scrapes by with a bios upgrade, but not really? What about the psu. You'll need something like a good 550w psu for any 1/2way decent gpu. What monitor? If you are sitting on a 1600x900 you'll get a lot more out of a smaller gpu than a 1080p. What windows? How much ram? Trying for good graphics in games while sitting on Windows x86 with 4Gb of ram is gonna hurt.
