Even if you overclock a GTX 970 it will not run as good as a GTX 980. It will run Deus ex at ultra/60fps. Mafia 3 system requirements haven't been released yet but it doesn't seem particulary demanding so i think you will be able to run it with fancy graphics and good fps.

Yes everything works together, really good gaming build. It's skylake, DDR4 ram and a sweet GTX 970. You can also overclock your processor and it comes with a CPU cooler so you can do it safely.

If i add a 650w power supply instead do you think i could overclock the 970 to perform as a 980 in 1080p which i'll be gaming at, and will the Computer play forthcoming games like Deus ex and Mafia 3 at high ultra at 60fps??
