how do i get to dlink when the ip address takes me to Dish network

when I type in ip address of 192.168.0.1 it takes me to Dish network instead of Dlink. I just want to change my password

At the command prompt type"ipconfig /all" without the quotes.

Look for DHCP Server and try that IP address.

If that does not work, please post the results of "ipconfig /all".

Unplug the Dish from the network so there is no path to it from the network.
