Hey, first of all, sorry for bad english. Well my problem is that my PC just died, it had been rebooting by itself the last couple of weeks and i thought there was a problem with the power cable, but today i was playing a game and it turned off so i decided to open it to see if there were any loose cables, before i opened it i had seen somewhere that you have to hold the power button to evacuate the remaining power from the transistors, so i did that. But when i plugged the computer back it turned itself on (i didn´t touch the power button) and it started "trying" to boot but only the case fans turned on the rest of the computer didn´t even turn on. And de case LED kept twinkling. Then i unplugged it, but when i plugged it back it didn´t turn on at all. I think its my motherboard. Please help me. Thanks in advance

You never know. To be sure, you can do the paperclip test if you want:

But most likely it is the motherboard I would think. You might also want to breadboard your system, run it outside of the case to ensure there is not a short somewhere (like a piece of metal) touching the motherboard and shorting it out.

yeah sorry here you go:
CPU: Intel core i5-4690
GPU: AMD R9 280x
MOBO: AS Rock H97M Pro 4
RAM: Generic 4gb
PSU: Evga 600 B (600w 80+ bronze)
I don´t think the PSU is the problem because i got two months ago and even before i got it the pc rebooted by itself (with the same motherboard but different PSU)

Yes it does, i tested the PSU and then took out the motherboard and tested it outside the case and it worked just fine, when i put everything back in it worked perfectly.

Sounds like there was a short before and after the removal and installation it is gone.
