My GTX 970 is hitting 30 fps on csgo on Ultra low and Other Games

  • Hello I've Recently experienced that my Asus Gtx 970 Strix 4GB is struggling to play most basic games even on the lowest settings , i also curious if i could be my motherboard not being able to handle it? I'm also Running An Intel i5 4460 , so i ask if theres anything i could do to maybe work out the problem and or fix it?
    Would Be Much Appreciated
    Edit: My Motherboard is a MSI B85M-E45 Motherboard and my Monitor is a Benq GL2240

Thanks For The Quick response I'm Running a 650W Corsair PSU and the Gpu sitting around 42 degrees when playing
