Build:
z97 motherboard from gigabyte
i7 4790k
evga 80+ bronze 650w power supply
8gb ram
OC GTX 750

I have saved enough money for an RX 480, which I know can run almost all current games at 60-80 fps, but in a year or so it will need an upgrade. (Most likely.) I can save a little more money and get a GTX 1070 that wont require upgrading for a while. should I spend the money and get the GTX 1070 and not frequently, or get the RX 480 and upgrade. If I do get the RX 480, how long do you think it will last before needing an upgrade to run at medium/high @ 60fps? My get 750 was bought last year and can only run GTA V at 70 fps and all low settings.

Solution
Buy what you need when you need it.
When you need more, that is the time to upgrade.
Over time graphics cards get better and cheaper.
