Of the two I'd go with EVGA, better cooling and generally good OC headroom

EVGA Would be your answer, it got ACX 2.0 Cooling Technology that is quiet it also a SC card that as good engineering with good drivers, suitable for every case or MOBO wit only 240mm and non requirements on CPU's. Great choice of card, had it once runs game pretty well on a stable Fps.
